At G Smith Building Services, we recently completed a high quality cellar conversion in Stockport, transforming an underused basement into a bright and practical additional living space. The project was designed to create a comfortable environment that could be used for relaxation, storage and everyday living.
The conversion involved careful structural preparation, full plastering throughout and the installation of durable flooring to ensure a clean and modern finish. A new staircase access and improved layout helped maximise the available floor area, while recessed lighting was fitted to create a more open and welcoming feel within the lower ground level.
A contemporary shower room was also installed as part of the works, adding further functionality and long term value to the property.
